TO PROCESS A RETURN, PLEASE SIGN-IN TO YOUR VECNY ACCOUNT AND REQUEST A RETURN AGAINST YOUR ORDER.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to have total confidence when purchasing our products in-store and online.
You therefore have 14 days to return your order placed through our website, for a full refund
(Please note: Pre-Orders are subject to our 'size exchange only' policy and individual in-store policies may vary. Further information can be found in our terms and conditions).
Please ensure that your order is returned to us as received; in an unused, unaltered condition - free of any fragrance or marks, with all tags, labels and original packaging intact.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day, when placed before 12 p.m. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Any orders placed at weekends and/or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS
Complimentary shipping and returns are available for all UK orders over £150 (shipping rates outside the UK will vary - please read our terms and conditions for further information).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time (except Pre-Orders which are subject to our size exchange policy only). If you require a different product, please purchase it via our website. If your required product is 'currently unavailable' and there is no option to pre-order, please contact us to raise a Pre-Order Request through email (lead times will vary).
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED? Once we have received your returned order, your refund will be processed within 2 days. Please note - it can take up to 5 days for your return to reach us during busy periods (International orders will vary).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FUNDS? You should receive your refund back to the original payment method within 7 days (please note all banks process return funds at different speeds).
